On Halloween, I will be doing hair and make up for your costume!!! You get both your hair and your make up done for just $10! I will be at Radiance Salon from 3 pm-7 pm. If you need a time earlier than that, talk to me personally and we can figure something out. Come and let me doll you up or make you scary!
